In fact, I had to shift to the right _3_ times in order to read all of one line. Now, I don't know whether this is a fault of the author's choice of a formatting or editing tool or a fault of the web site's formatting or some combination of/interaction between the two but it made the article extremely difficult to read and, therefore, of little use even though the information may be worthwhile.

In fact it is a mistake I made in formatting the table (within the article) which made the entire article to spread. Regret for it. If you want to read it, please copy the article into word or copy the article into into two/three parts(before the table, table and after the table) into a browser and you can read it.
