(Kent Tegels) A couple of weeks ago, my co-worker Phil and I were having a few beers when SQL Server "Yukon" and Extensible Markup Language (XML) came up. One of the most interesting things about Yukon is how deeply and extensively XML is supported. Phil also has been to a couple of my in-house training classes for XML. He had some feedback for me about them — some hard feedback. That got me thinking about how I presented on this topic. The material I was presenting was correct, but if you were not a developer, the classes were a bit like trying to learn English by reading and listening to the musings of Jack Kerouac. Reflecting on this, I decided that I needed to re-examine the way I present material. Or, as Jack himself might have said:

But it ain't whatcha' write, it's the way atcha' you write it.
