 Article Abstract:

Answer provided by Daniel Cazzulino - When using updategrams or diffgrams, you may find it necessary to use datetime values that have been retreived from SQL Server and are in xsd:dateTime format. If you try to pass these values in your updategram or diffgram you will get an error. The solution to this is to use the sql:datetime attribute in your schema. If you're looking for an OpenXML solution scroll past this section.
