RECOVER command makes PIT recovery easier

(Chris Eaton) There have been a number of questions lately on my backup and recovery postings which has been great. One of the questions was how to do recovery to get the database back to a specific point in time. Its easier today than it has been in the past. The command to use is the RECOVER command which performs the restore and rolls forward the database to a given point in time (all in one operation).
