CON : A SQL 2000 SP3 Machine cannot be joined to an existing cluster. This can make FullText maintenance a nightmare for extensive FT Indexes.

Does anyone have experience with the PolyServe Clustering solution? http://www.polyserve.com I've been considering this solution.

I am excited about FullText enhancements with SQL 2K5, but I've also heard that clustering is not changing much or at all with SQL 2K5.

Clustering does not protect against logical data corruption or failure of the disk pack, as the same disks are shared between both nodes.
