 Article Abstract:

Learn how to integrate IBM Workplace Web Content Management V2.0 Java Edition (formerly named Lotus Workplace Web Content Management) with DB2 Content Manager for Multiplatforms V8.2. By default, IBM Workplace Web Content Management (also referred to as a Web Content Management Server) stores data and resource files on the file system.

As an alternative, Web content management data can also be stored within DB2 Content Manager, which provides a robust, scalable, and extensible enterprise content management repository for all forms of content, including intranet, extranet, and Web assets.
